Camden Clinic located behind LCHS with be offer free sports physicals for students on Thursday July 8 from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.  As flex days and the 3 week summer conditioning because, all students will need a new physical for the 2021-2022 school year.  You can come to LCHS and pick up a physical form or under the files tab at te top of the page.
